Wednesday, Day 1: SUCCESS. I'm feeling much better today, in large part to the great suggestions I got from people on the other thread. How to just not do it

I'm noticing a pattern and it's not a good one. I seem to be having a failure a week and it seems to be a problem or start as a problem on Tuesdays. The issue is sweets. I can't seem to let go and not eat any. I have managed to do this successfully for a while in the past, but not in a while. Is the...

I am beyond frustrated with myself. I didn't go donut crazy, but then did give in to a candy bar and then a pecan bar. What is my problem? Thursday and Fridays were failures too. Friday was minor. I had 3 small squares of chocolate, but otherwise all was well. Still, a failure, but I felt better about it as I've, again, been struggling. I'm wondering if it'll ever be easy or if it'll just be that I've made some habitual changes includi...

Wednesday: FAILURE. PMS, hunger, and the fact that it was snowing and sleeting out keeping me from going somewhere to get something healthier to eat took over my sense and I ate candy at work. 2 candy bars. KCCC -- I really like the 10% idea. I realize as I think about it that I'm only a few pounds away from my 1st 10% since starting with No-S. That'd 17 pounds.
