Day 3 - success (finally!)
I didn't snack all day. I was really tempted at night but my wife told me to go to bed instead and she was right. Much easier to sleep then to watch tv and not be tempted to snack.

Day 1 - failure
Well, I didn't expect to fail the first day. I didn't realize how much snacking I was doing until I tried to stop. I did pretty good all day until the evening. I stayed up with my son to watch a late movie and then ended up snacking right before bed.
