oh dear - I'm having a failure day. I managed to resist all snacks offered to me during the day, but got home and was v hungry. Tried coffee and apple juice, but still hungry so snacked. Never mind - will start again tomorrow. I'm definitely not giving up after 13 days.

The weekend was better than last weekend, but I could still reduce the amount of sweet things I eat. Had success today though and I've lost another pound! I'm not doing so well with exercise, but have decided to concentrate on the diet habits first and then introduce the exercise habits next month. ...

Another good 2 days. Went out for a meal tonight, but only had the main course and didn't touch even one marshmallow from the kids desserts! This diet really does make you think about what you eat - I didn't realise I picked at food so much - during cooking, making lunches, picking at what the kids ...

too much food this weekend. I just slipped back into my old habits too easily. I need to make sure that I remember the 'sometimes' on S days. Oh dear. Didn't quite make it through my second day. Had to eat my lunch early so starving by 4.30 and had to snack to keep going. Need to make sure I eat enough at lunch to keep me going, and try to eat later - not so easy some days!
