Re: I lost a lot of weight on a diet similar to NoS.
So here's the diet plan I've been following for about 9 months. The Rule: 3 meals a day. No snacks. The Guidelines: Every meal must taste great! Buy fresh ingredients, avoid processed crap. Eat plenty of vegetables. Keep portion sizes small (unless it's mostly veggies). No more than one treat a day...

A couple days shy of my 30-day experiment, two pounds are back of the three I lost and I'm not able to have more than 2 green days in a row. Feeling discouraged, not quite sure where to go from here. Planning on a long break to re-evaluate.

Thank you oolala, I just watched a video by Jordan Syatt who makes a strong point about (and I am paraphrasing) it DOES NOT MATTER how many times you slip, as long as you always get right back on plan. Has anyone had success with two meals a day? I am finding I just over load my plate for 3 meals a day, but am also concerned if two meals a day (thinking about having brunch and supper) may backfire and I will be too hungry between meals and/or eat TOO much during the 2 meals? Penny for your thoughts.

I started No S having some basic windows of mealtimes (8ish, noonish, and 6ish) and found I am increasingly over-filling my plate to be certain I am eating enough to get me through to the next meal without extreme hunger, so in essence I think I was preventatively over eating at each meal.
