I'm feeling good today! Didn't take the dreadful medicine. The swelling on my foot has gone down, thank god! Looking forward to homemade pizza tonight, yum! Oh and I have to admit something: sometimes I think about losing more weight. I probably could, but I'm liking maintainence much more than losi...

I honestly can't say because most diets I've tried, I didn't last more than a week or even a couple days! Atkins was pretty bad. No carbs? That makes life impossible for me. Too difficult.

Yesterday was tough.. I am on medicine for a bug bite that makes me really dizzy and out of it. And hungry! Or at least, eating helped the dizziness go away, so I ate a lot yesterday. I ate a donut at one point. I guess it should count as a Sick day. I don't really feel guilty because the food made ...

I'd say I eat a good amount of 'real food' but I do also eat some processed food. I do have low-fat yogurt every day and Stroeman's whole wheat bread, but I also eat a lot of fresh veggies and unprocessed, cooked-at-home chicken or sometimes shrimp. So I think it's all about balance.

Thanks, you two! I got to have homemade cake yesterday! My assistant manager is having a baby in a month.. well his wife is doing the labor.. ;). Haha. The cake was a little TOO sweet, which is crazy for a sweet-a-holic like me to say! I'm 134 today, so I'm doing good. People say that weighing every...

Sometimes I feel this way, but mostly with drinking. I don't drink to get drunk, ever, and never will. People seem to think that if you're an adult, especially a young adult, you should loooove to drink. I'm 24, but I usually will have, at parties, one light beer with my meal and that is it. I find ...

Hmmm, well, everybody has a different experience. I've just lost a lot of weight and I don't have any of those problems. When I was this weight in the past, I didn't have any of those problems, either. I don't feel much different being thinner, but it's nice not to have to stress about whether my pa...

Hmmm, well I eat three meals and two snacks. Cheese is one and yogurt with granola is the other. It keeps my energy up. I've actually been told on this board that these are more like "mini-meals", but I usually call them snacks. I don't want to start a debate, but snacking isn't really all that bad ...

All I know is I was 5'4" and 150+ lbs and my BMI was 25.7, which is supposedly overweight. I dropped 10%+ of my weight to about 134 and now I'm at a 23 BMI, which is a healthy bmi. So personally I like my BMI, though I know it's not the most accurate way to measure your success or health.

I don't see much wrong with pasta, as long as it's not a huge quantity. I stick to a cup. I would love to try it one day though! :)
