water flavoring packets

I am going to try this diet but i need to know if the flavor packets that you put in your water count or if it is allowed on this diet since it i sweeten with splenda? please let me know

Is it sweet enough that you would consider it a dessert or as sweet as a soda? If yes, you can have them but only on S days. If no you can have it any day. Only you can decide what constitutes a sweet to you.

The fact that it is sweetened with splenda doesn't really make a difference. The rule is no sweets except on days that start with s, not no sugar.
