Hello Fellow Nos dieters,
Well here I am 38 Yo, Male, tester by profession. i weigh 84Kg as of today.

I seriously want to loose weight. Workout is not a problem for me. I always knew it has been my diet. I have a question here. I can cut out all my sugar sources like cookies, pastries etc...but Tea is one thing I cannot live without. I consume 4 cups a day. But these days I have switched to sugar free pellets. is this Ok?

Tea is not a problem -- it's probably a help. Especially if you drink it without sugar (I drink at least 2 mugs of black coffee a day).

And a small amount of real sugar in your tea is fine, if you prefer. Remember that the rule is "no sweets" (sweet = sweet enough to be a dessert) not "no sugar."

Welcome and best of luck,

Reinhard
