I started at 265 lbs. After a combination of No-S and Shangri La, I got down to 219. (that's me record high and record low.)
I got lazy and dropped the diet, and climbed back up to 245. (gained 15) The remaining 20 never came back. It's gone for good. Permanent weight loss. That's over five years.
During those five years I was overtraining in crossfit. Overtraining can cause weight gain. When I stopped, I went down to 235. (current weight)
I'm now back on No-S, and am planning on getting back down to 220.
Weight gone for good

Thanks for the props, folks!
Finallyfull,
No, I wasn't on No S the whole time. I lost a bunch with diet and exercise. When I dropped the diet, I gained back fifteen. That's why I'm calling it permanent. Even off diet the bulk of the weight is staying off. Now I'm going to go back on it and get even lower!
Thank you Reinhard!
