This sort of goes along with the "cult person" thread...
I had bought my original copy of No-S just as a "thank-you" to Reinhard. (At the time, I thought I "knew it all" from the website.) However, when I got it, I found it very useful to have all the info in book form.
Eventually I gave my copy away to a friend, so had to replace it.
Then the replacement copy was given away.
This time I bought TWO.
One is already gone...

Reinhard, thanks again for making this easy to share!

I gave away my print copy too. I'm thinking about asking the library to purchase it so I can request my friends go there as this could get expensive. Then of course they will want their own copy...

I have two copies on hand. One for me and one to give away if the interest is there. I sent one to someone unbidden; he thought that was overkill, but he forgave me. He's still got a tummy, though.

I ordered my copy online - but it didn't arrive. Looks like it's time for me to reorder. I'm certainly happy to buy another one as a thank you to Reinhard, but this time I'll order through another company!

Finally bought a hard copy too!
Maybe Reinhard should think about finding a way to offer bulk quantities?

I'd be happy to -- anyone who is interested let me know how many copies and I'll see what I can do.
