I'm just a few days past 3 months on my modified version of no s. I can't say enough good things about the diet. No s has had a very positive effect on my relationship with food. In turn that has led to some increase in self esteem. I'm not losing weight rapidly but when I have mostly green days I do lose steadily. So far I have lost about 4 lbs.

Fantastic! Although I lost more early on, I am now losing at about your rate, a pound or two a month. Taking it slow forms the habits and makes it sustainable!

That's great! I'm losing slowly, too, but slow losses add up over time.

Congratulations! Slow and steady (and satisfied!) wins the diet.
