I couldn't remember if I'd said hello on here yet, and set up my username a little while ago so I thought I'd introduce myself!
I'm trying to lose weight sensibly, by following no s again, and by logging my intake each day on myfitnesspal.com - hopefully I'll be much slimmer by the end of the year than I am now...
Currently, I'm 212 lbs, and would like to get down to around 154 lbs, which I think is a good weight for a woman of my build, height & age.

Welcome Sugarpuff! Sounds like a good plan. NoS is sensible and sustainable. Weight loss is slower than most of the popular diets, but it stays off because you are developing good habits. Using myfitnesspal.com to check calories and portions can be a real eye opener as well. Sometimes we think we don't eat much, when in reality our portions are much larger than the recommended portion.
Best wishes on your NoS journey and keep us posted on your success!

cute name! I'm glad you're thinking in terms of the end of the year and not the end of the month!

Welcome! That's a good plan.
