Still here

Post by ginmarie » Fri Apr 06, 2012 4:39 am

I haven't posted in a long while, but I do visit this board and catch up on the threads on a regular basis. Anyway, I'm just popping in to encourage everyone who is still within their first year to keep it up. Next month I'll hit the one year mark and I'm more convinced then ever that adopting a No S lifestyle was the best health decision I've ever made.

Congratulations, ginmarie! Losing weight consistently, when you are getting so close to your goal weight, is really impressive.

On Amazon, you mostly see posters who are three weeks in or even just a few days. Having long timers here is what impressed me when I first came. Thank you for keeping up and letting us know!
