If there are any No S followers who are also Twitter folks, I thought it might be nice to connect using the #nosdiet hash tag. I was kinda surprised that no one had used it yet and thought it might be another helpful way to get support and help spread the word.

I have to get my twitter act together one of these days... I exist there but never use the darn thing. Now that I've got facebook figured out to some degree, this is the next frontier.

My username is @GraceWen, but I don't tweet about my diet. I'd love to use the #nosdiet hashtag to meet other No Sers and occasionally check in for support, though.
