I am hungry so guess I better get to bed!
I have not been having snacks for a long time now---since the beginning of January. I am not sure why I am hungry tonight. Perhaps I didn't make good choices for supper. I guess I won't know I am hungry when I am sleeping.
Do other people experience evening hunger after not dealing with that feeling for a long time? Have you figured out why?
Take care.
Take care.
Gotta smile. Laff

Hunger isn't a disease. It's ok to go to bed looking forward to breakfast. If you haven't felt hunger in years, it's because you've been eating way too much.
Good, regular habits (and full meals) will make hunger more bearable, pleasant even. "Appetite is the best sauce."
Hope you enjoyed your breakfast!

Going to bed hungry...
The funny thing I've found about going to bed hungry is that it doesn't cause me to wake up hungry.

When you sleep, your body produces higher levels of leptin, which is a hormone involved in controlling appetite. I wish I could turn that ability on at willKevin wrote:The funny thing I've found about going to bed hungry is that it doesn't cause me to wake up hungry.

Turning on leptin...
You'd be a superhero if you could just turn that on... the Leptinator!
