Does yogurt count as a sweet?

Post by Shortformyweight » Thu Mar 21, 2013 10:56 am

I am starting No S today, and I was wondering - where does yogurt fall in the scheme of things? I have a Chobani strawberry yogurt that I would normally eat as a breakfast, but is it also a sweet, and therefore something to be saved for the day after tomorrow?

I would say no it's not a sweet, as long as it's a fruit-based or plain yogurt that you have with a meal, but if it's one of those chocolate-candy-bar yogurts, then that's definitely a dessert.
