Got my copy of the no s diet book yesterday. Really enjoying it. Very motivated
This plan is what I was looking for and exactly what I need! I always struggle with sweets- "how much?" "How often?" "Should I be allowed to eat them at all?!"
And I'd become very drawn to the idea of only eating three meals a day. That's how.I found no s, by Googling for 3 meals a day support. Anyway, I have found this great habit built plan![/img]

I like the No S book. It adds a bit to the website, though I really think the website is funnier.

I have the paperback copy and the digital copy on my Kindle Fire (and my parents told me TV was a waste of time 8) ). Anyway, I lend my paperback copy to people when someone expresses an interest.
