I love these challenges! Very motivating. I've actually started journaling a little figuring I'll look back on these some day.

very interesting day, I was only able to get a couple of bites of yogurt and a small crappy apple for lunch so I was famished for dinner. At the store I bought a large baguette and lots of cheese for homemade mac. I usually binge on this meal by picking here and there and eating seconds and thirds without ever feeling full. Tonight I made up my single plate and wasn't able to finish it. This is powerful for me! It's just like Reinhard said the stomach is really dumb at telling it is full when you pick and pick and pick at food. One plate is such a mental thing: simple but awesome!!!

22- s day - a better weekend over all but still had A LOT of esses. Probably 7 or 8 between the two days.

26-:D - had a wonderful one plate bunco meal. One questionable app was apple with a sugary glaze but I feel very successful. Passed on the candies ad the desserts. Very pleased!

29- s day - 2 ok s days! Had a little bingey moment in the AM today but calmed down. Had a 5 scoop sundae tonigt because I wanted one. No guilt, no yuckiness. Yay!
