The dance we all do!

Saw this and thought how applicable it was to No S.

OPTIMIST: someone who figures that taking a step backward after a step forward is not a disaster, it's more like a cha-cha.

Happy dancing!

Yeah! I struggled enough after my initial three months of perfect compliance that I know a lot of people would have (and have) given up. But I just kept thinking that it it didn't mean I was failing completely, and that has paid off.

I'm still perfecting my cha-cha.

Len Goodman would give me a 6 for the month of October.

Goodman sounds more like a task master than an optimist. I think an optimist would give you a much higher score. Come on, girlfriend, you're in the top 5% for weight, eating, and exercising!

I just downloaded Hooters: Nervous Night. Reminds me of dancing in the 80's.

LOL!!!

I Love This!!

I am definitely a Cha-Cha'ing Optimist in Progress!

I have been dancing since 2005 and this is the only way forward for me!

I am slowly learning to not beat myself up for the back steps but to learn from them!
