Back Again
No S Diet is my rock. A rock I have misplaced time and again. But... I just had my second child. At work I have entered into a six month weight loss competition. My plan of attack is the only thing that I know works and that is this diet. I am serious, my willpower is ironclad. I started Monday and have had 3 successful N days. Today is my first S day, it is my oldest son's birthday. I already plan on not going crazy. Sweets are the only S that I have a problem with, as well as a lack of working out. I do walk, but surely not enough. I am so glad to rejoin the community here. I love this support system!

No S is not known for its speed in weight loss, but you may win just because of having more fun sticking it out.
