Probably same as jam/jelly. If you have to really think about it, probably it's OK. If you're eating gobs and gobs, it could be an issue.

My rule is the dessert test: if it's sweet enough that I could imagine it being considered a dessert, it's an S. Context is key here; it's not about ingredients, but the meal itself. Would anyone consider a PB&J dessert? I don't think so. So it's OK in my book. A bowl full of marmalade straight up? Yes -- though a rather unappealing one.
