Hello i,m new here and am starting this way of eating tomorrow,it seems a very simple and effective way of life, this site is great so much information and support.
I am a bus driver and work shifts and sometimes i train martial arts straight after work and eat late,my question is suppose i might have to space my meals out a bit more on these long days, but as long as i stick to the principles of no s i should be okay.
If anyone else works shifts or has any advice i,d much appreciate feedback, thanks in advance and i hope to shift 2 or 3 stone in weight.

Welcome!! Have a wonderful first day.

I only have one late shift per month so it's not a thing for me but I am sure someone will soon jump into this conversation with helpful advice.
