back on again
Thanks to all of those that posted encouraging comments to me to keep me going. I'm going back on again after quitting for a while and letting myself get side tracked by tons of fattening unleavened bread. I'm sure that stuff adds 10 pounds.
Actually, what gave me the most incentive to start again was this nice elderly lady who came to stay at my house. She's 77 and she has more energy and is in better health than I. Very embarrassing haha. Anyway, I asked her what she does and you guessed it! No sweets during the week, except on Saturdays and even then she doesn't go over board.
So, that made me rethink about the reasons why I wanted to do this anyway. It was about being healthy, not about being bikini ready. So, I'm going to go back to it.
Oh, and congrats "mustloseweight" for getting it down good. = )

No S is the perfect way to get healthy and the added bonus is that the bikini ready may well happen as well!!!

Nothing like a late septuagenarian to show us up to get us on the path. Though I'm trying to forget the picture of the "cut" grandmother I happened on on youtube.
