This is something quick and easy for me for breakfast on busy mornings. Would you consider this a sweet??

I probably would count it as a sweet. The same as a sugary latte. I know it sucks, I would love to eat granola bars and stuff for breakfast but it's hard to find good tasting ones that don't have chocolate in them!

It would be a sweet for me! I know it goes against the convenience thing, but it might make a nice S day treat.

When sugar is the second ingredient, and corn syrup solids is the third, I'd say that's a bit too sweet for me on an N day.
Also, my aunt used to drink those when she was trying to regain to a healthy weight after being very ill. So, in my head, they are for people trying to gain weight.

I have a protein shake with fruit. You can get unsweetened protein powder.
