Hey Nomad, I just started too. However, the reason I decided to try the No S Diet out was not too lose weight (although dropping a couple pounds would be great). Rather, I felt the need to take control of my unhealthy eating habits, which include snacking (or grazing, as I like to call it), binging, eating when I'm not even hungry and just generally having no self-control. I'm not overweight by any means, but I've noticed that my metabolism is starting to slow down, and I would rather start healthy habits now rather than later.

			Welcome cookie monster and nomad!
I think the no-s diet is the only diet out there that can appeal even too people who aren't overweight. Speaking purely in my capacity as a gourmand, I've never made a better culinary decision. My enjoyment of food has been vastly enhanced.
