I'm very excited and I wanted to share it...
Hi Folks,
I am continuing to love NoS...in a big way. It has been nearly 3 weeks now.
I had the family hide the scale a few years ago and I only "weight in" at doctors offices. Went to the Dr. yesterday and I've lost between 12-15 lbs. on NoS! I am also feeling great! The other thing is that I picked up an old WW booklet that I had. I weight less now than I did while I was going to WW...how great is that. I am also 1 lb. below what has been a set point for most of my adult life....and 20 lbs less than last year at this time.
I discussed NoS with my doc...you know what she said..."sounds to me like a plan you can stick to for life...no deprivation...sensible eating...why not!!"
So, I wanted to thank everyone here for this great vehicle and venue...this feels like "the one" no matter what the numbers do or do not read!

Thanks so much guys...
...I appreciate the good cheer! And, indeed, it is very god to know there are no lecturers, no person who raises their hand in a crowd and talks about how they freeze individual grapes and pretend it is a cheesecake...very empowering isn't it!

Hi Folks,
It is so much fun jumping on here and seeing your encouraging responses...this group is so warm, genuine, honest and intelligent. Reinhard, you really could publicize this and make a mint, but it is funbeing here on the ground floor with this.
I have to tell you, I am still enjoying this sooo much. I am not always so S-ensible on an S day with regard to S-nacks, but it does really work out and regulate.
I have to say I feel so very much better too!
