down two tenths of a pound

Post by mommashell » Mon Sep 25, 2006 12:58 pm

Hey I know that's not really a lot to sing about, but i's two tenths of a pound less than what I was, and considering that I actually ate at purple cow yesterday and had a blt, french fries and a caramel cashew sundae, well I guess that's pretty good. I figure that to lose, even if it's only two tenths of a pound, after having some S days, is pretty good. Now unofficially (yesterday, I was 223.6, but since it wasn't Monday, it didn't count. I suspect that it won't take too long to get down to that and lower. So I'm standing at 224 wvwn and I have two days of exercise coming, plus I'm probably going to sweat like a pig later today becaues I'm going to be up stairs sorting clothes. I have a full day of cleaning and laundry ahead of me. At least that's the plan. God grant me speediness in my cleaning, but not yet!!!!

The trend is good! I would be careful about reading too much into .2 pounds... or you might be upset by a seemingly undeserved fluctuation in the other direction. I don't think scales are anywhere near that accurate. Still, as you point out even status quo after S days is a good thing! Congratulations on your continued progress and best wishes for this week.
