To people not on the Facebook Group

Post by Mustloseweight » Wed Jul 24, 2024 8:16 pm

Hi! I can’t sure be the only one of us not using Facebook? If I could confine my FB usage to just the No S Group there would be no problem but I can’t help myself. FB is not for me at all and so this is all I have sadly. Anyone else like that please say hi!

Not on facebook myself, and no plans to join at the moment.

Me, too! I don't enjoy Facebook, and I don't see that changing any time soon ...

I am not a fan myself. But it is easy to administer (spam basically defeated me here -- I had to lock it down so hard it's almost impossible for new people to join). And people seem to be there.

One thing I've found helpful in keeping it in bounds is not having the app on my phone -- a very helpful speed bump. The only way I access FB is on my computer, and that means a lot less often, and a lot more intentionally.
