I've been fairly good on No S so far, had a little slip up last week but made up for it by having an N day on Saturday.
Anyway, I work with a bunch of terminal permasnackers, there are people all around me who seem to graze constantly on cookies, biscuits, crips etc. There is a more or less permanent "biscuit station" - a part of the office where treats are put for people's birthdays etc. (seems like there's one every day!).
Luckily, the fact that I know most of the treats won't be vegan helps reduce any temptation to eat them, but it is annoying because it makes me think of food and feel hungry more than I'd like!
Any tips on how to block out the cookie tempation??
