Well you guessed it. I haven't checked in for a couple of days because I have been falling off my regimen a little bit. I get very hungry before dinner and it has been a struggle but for the most part I am still on this program and ending my second week. I lost 1 lb the first week but I'm not so sure about this week. I have been eating huge platefulls of food at dinner. We'll see on Saturday morning.
