thanks for the post .. its interesting that they don't comment on the fact that the women surveyed are ALREADY READING SELF magazine ... hello?

i know there's a huge epidemic, its just funny they don't address the bias

On 12/22/09 I saw 145 on the scale for the first time in 7 years!
