I started last Monday. So far, so good. I'm a 35 year old male, 5'9" and weighed 195 pounds. Over the last few years I've fluctuated from ~180 to ~200.
I found it interesting that when Saturday morning rolled around I wasn't particularly interested in snacking or sweets, But by Sunday I sure was. Old habits return fast.
If anyone is interested, my snacks/sweets for the weekend were 2 pieces of French toast, about 3 cookies (Oreo double stuff), and two cups of ice cream, most of this on Sunday.
All in all, it's still a lot less that I used to eat daily.
