just started- trying to ease into the diet....... i am not a big seconds eater, I am a big sweet eater. I would rather not eat a healthy meal but instead eat my ice cream, cake and cookies.......I eased my way into a routine last week- and I did okay- cheated everyday with a sweet- I couldn't go cold turkey- but the big acheivement was was eating three meals. The weekend is here and I ate pretty good, and I didn't over indulge in the sweets-

That is awesome!
It will get easier over time.
Remember, you don't have to give up sweets forever....just delay the gratification.
You will enjoy it more...trust me!

Art180 -- that is the way to go for those of us with "S" issues -- no diving into the deep end of the pool. Start in the shallow end, but get those early successes to encourage the longer term habit changes. Bravo to you!
