Hey Guys,
I just started No S and I think it's fantastic! One question for Reinhard...if someone were to just not like sugar anyway, and really just enjoys the structure of the 3 - one physical plate meals and feels satiated from them and has no desire to take S days, would you still acheive the same results...or are S days set so that physiologically they increase leptin etc..so that you can burn more fat on N days. Thanks Reinhard!

There is no science here. S-days are a release from the restrictions of the week rather than a direct aid to weight loss; I rarely bother with anything sweet, though I do occasionally snack on S-days.
The lack of a sweet tooth is a very handy thing.

It's a trick. Get an axe.

I don't know a thing about leptin. The power of S-days, as far as I'm concerned, is psychological and motivational. If you don't need them, skip them. But I think the vast majority of people will find them valuable -- so be careful not to jump to conclusions.
