My worldwide No S adventure

Post by Yep » Thu Oct 09, 2008 4:42 pm

So I have been doing No S for 5 months in that time I have lost 17 pounds (243 to 226). Those results really don’t speak to the heart of No S and why it works. In those 5 months I have traveled to some of the best places in the world to eat. I have had sausage in Prague and chocolate in Belgium. I have had street tacos in Mexico and pierogies in Slovakia. I have had a proper English breakfast in London and fish in Aruba. Only once did I ever have to declare an S day in all that travel and that was a Churrascaria in Sao Paulo.

I am telling you this not to brag, but to show how No S can be done even under the harshest of culinary conditions! I should point out that most of my travel took place in the last 2 months and I only lost a pound, but losing one pound is better than gaining 5! I’m just happy my travels never take me to Paris; I think that one might be hard.

Yep!

Boy all of that sounds like a LOT of fun and VERY DELICIOUS!

I am so looking forward to when I DO travel again and not have to worry about food!

It sounds more fun than it is. Business travel is only glamorous until you do it for a living. Yea the food is good, but nothing beats home cooking.

Not gaining weight and actually losing a little when you are traveling is a phenomenal success!
Nice to hear you have lost 17 lbs in five months! That's excellent!
I lost that much in one year, but admittedly I had a lot of failure days that first year.
Keep up the great work Yep, haha :)
