If you live in a cold area, try this: I usually keep my thermostat down to save on utilities, then wear "winter" clothes or a sweater. Last week I was wearing a thinner shirt and actually WANTED to go exercise to warm up!!! I do a Leslie Sansone walk CD. It's easy and I don't have to changemy clothes if I do the 15 minute 1 mile!!! No real sweat.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.

I agree! Sometimes I get so cold, I actually look forward to working out! Whenever I do my weight-lifting routine, I feel warm within a few minutes. It's great for both the workout I get AND for saving money on utilities! :D
