Starting No S again
Monday,Feb. 23,09 I will start again, because I have gain 7lbs in the past year.I now weigh 142 lbs and I am only 4'10 1/2.
I did ok for about 3 months went I first went on the the No S Then I just got back into old habits. But I am here to stay this time.

Good Luck! I just started no sing the day you restarted. I think we have a very similar problem. I am 5'0 at 160. At our height it is very difficult to hide any extra pounds. I have also found that I have to work harder to keep it off than anyone else. Sometimes this, in and of itself, can be very frustrating.
Well my goal is to shed some lbs (5 to 10) before 4/11. I am going on a trip to FLA (its my first trip in 6 years) and would like not to feel soooooo self-conscience. Ummmmm I can't remember the last time a wore a bathing suit without shorts.

Since last week did not go so well with only one no s day. I start Sunday with a new week and it has been really hard I just kept telling myself this feeling of being hungry will pass and it does.I know this week should be the hardest

Update
Will it has been a little over a month and I have lost 4lbs and feeling great I have alot more get up and go and I am starting to sleep alot better Iam sure that it has something to do with my change in eating habit.
Last weekend I had some cake it made me a little sick to my stomach I think my body is getting use to not eating so much sweets and everything
else

It sounds like you are doing great! It's funny how fast our bodies get used to eating healthier foods and rebel a little bit against the not-so-great stuff we put in them. But be sure to still enjoy them every once in a while! Keep it up!
