Hi to everyone,
I am going to give No S another run. I did it for awhile & really liked it. Have been going thru some very trying times and sort of just checked out for awhile. Well now it is time to take care of me and No S is the way to go. I know that it works! So I look forward to being back into the No S Community!

Welcome home, GranAnn!
You're in the right place (as you have already discovered). Sorry to hear about your trying times, but I have found that NoS helps just about every situation, even if it only helps in small ways. It kind of adds to organization skills, because discipline in one area spills over into others. At very least, NoS doesn't hurt anything! It makes our diet one less thing to stress about.
I look forward to seeing you around on the discussion board!
blessings,
John

Welcome back! You know this makes sense! It's like a duh-diet.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Thank you John & Reneew for the warm welcome! Today is my first official day of No S. I'm sitting here at work already thinking of something sweet to eat, but I know this will be a struggle at first & it will get easier with time.
Happy Days!
