Rice Milk

Post by FarmerHal » Wed May 27, 2009 5:59 pm

I really like the Rice Dream rice milk. Has no added sugars but tastes delicious. I like to have a glass of milk with meals. My usual 'milk' of choice is chocolate soy milk, very tasty, but has plenty of added cane juice and it's chocolate, so technically an S.

Any other rice milk drinkers?

Hi Tiffany :)
I may try this sometime out of curiosity.
I've been drinking soymilk for about ten years now, and I sometimes worry that it's not helping my weight loss.. Not because of the sugar, because per serving it's really only a teaspoon or two's worth.. but because it is supposed to increase estrogen, and somehow that is linked to weight.
I tried almond milk, but surprisingly, I hated it, tho I love almonds!
