The "No S**t" diet. I'm overweight because I eat too much. Stop eating so much, and I'll lose weight. The No-S diet gives me clear guidelines to follow to ensure I don't overeat at least 71% of the time. Seriously, no s**t!
I got the idea from a conversation I had with a coworker, when she asked how I lost all of this weight. I told her I started eating less, and that was her response. 
Shovel glove? Isn't that the size of prophylactic I use?
