Hi Noel - I've seen you around (at Holly's) and of course I look in your blog quite a bit. Have come to conclusion that dieting is out. Just three meals a day and exercise and no obsessing. :oops:

Yeah, I had forgotten that :roll: Have been in a bad place: mindless eating, no exercise and depressed and sorry for myself. So let the dancing and good habits begin :P
