I came in to set up a habit cal for some new habits i'm working on (and to be a little more strict with the No S-ing) and thought I'd pop in to see how everyone is doing.

Wow! I see a lot of new names . . . and a lot of old timers.

Still No S-ing.

If you're new, I can't stress Vanilla No S, milk for the rough patches, and meals with at least 3-4 different items for variety.

Well, this is embarrassing. :oops:

When I came to log in, I couldn't remember my name at first and then Urban Ranger popped into my head. It didn't work as a log-on so I just thought it had been too long and re-registered . . . as Urban Ranger.

Upon reflection (which could have come a little earlier :oops: ) I recall that I was Mounted Ranger.

Well, sorry about that, everyone.

It's still me, though. :wink:
