Another reason why I love this plan!

Post by July2010 » Sun Jul 25, 2010 3:07 am

Just a few days after starting this plan, I noticed my constant heartburn going away! I've dealt with this for over a year and have been on meds for it and most days I don't even need the medicine for it. Usually if I do feel it, a tums is all I need and it goes away. Most days I don't even need that. Before this plan I was taking my medicine plus tums too. And being off the medicine I'm not getting headaches or feeling so drained! Plus, I'm saving money by not having to be on it anymore! So happy!

Thanks! Just this is enough to make me want to continue on this plan even if my weightloss is slow a bit. It's still worth it to me.

That is a great side benefit.

What I am amazed at is how much money I have saved on snacks, sweets, diet soda (I have given it up as well).

My cabinets are stocked with goodies which only shows that I was the one eating most of the snacks.

Yeah I bought a few things to start my plan. A new scale, some exercise dvd's and so if hubby says anything I will tell him of the money we're saving by not eatting out and not buying snacks etc..

It is really true, before I started this plan (again), I had bought several packages of red string licorice, coconut cookies, pecan sandies, iced oatmeal cookies, Little Debbie snack cakes, Pringles (several different varieties), nacho cheese and tortillas chips, lots of soda, etc.

Because that is what I was eating.

I haven't touched any of it, Luckily I am sure everything has enough preservatives to last a long time - my husband and the rest of the family who visit will enjoy the snacks, I am sure.

I am reformed. :D

It's amazing how the junk doesn't really tempt me. I really don't even miss it. And I just have alot more energy! Love it!

Me, I love yellow apples and raisins! It's weird because I won't eat raisins in anything, but yet I'll eat them by themselves. But, I always make it part of my meal now.
