Time to repost

I think it's time to repost these:

Our National Eating Disorder and Unhappy Meals.

If you like these, you'll like In Defense of Food and Food Rules
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing itself has changed but our power to do it is increased." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

"You are what you eat -- so don't be Fast, Easy, Cheap or Fake."

Both excellent articles.

My blog https://noelfigart.com/wordpress/ I talk about being a freelance writer, working out and cooking mostly. The language is not always drawing room fashion. Just sayin'.

Image Re the citations reposted above,
One should note that:
the first above-quoted citation is a October 2004, New York Times article;
and the second above-quoted cite is a January 2007, New York Times article.

Although those articles contain interesting, valid information,
here's a newer one, December 20, 2010, Los Angeles Times.

Bottom line....We all have distinct opinions. Image
My own opinion is that no one has the "final" answer to eating questions
....except as applied to himself/herself as an individual.

Experts differ, and new information is being discovered all the time.
Each of us is an "Experiment-of-one",
and as such, each of us has the right to make his or her own food choices,
and eat the foods that one feels benefits them individually....
......whatever they might be.
