Hi All!
I was wondering if someone could clear this up for me. Someone had suggested to stay on 21 days of Vanilla NoS when starting out. Does this mean you don't have S days until those 21 days are over?
Thanks!
Janie

No, it doesn't mean you don't have S days. It means that you follow No-S as written for 21 days, which includes S days on the weekends and/or holidays and special days. No modifications to No-S during that time.
