For those of you new to No-S...

YES YES YES you can eat frozen meals three times a day if that's your fancy. You don't HAVE to cook for yourself or all that.

This is just for those of us who do tend to be concerned about "real" food.

The only one that bothers me is the "does it have more than 5 ingredients?" This is only because I've seen it carried to extremes; even to recipes with more than 5 ingredients.

Other than that -- I love it and that's pretty much how I shop.

That reminds me of one very useful thing I took from weight watchers - to shop around the outside walls of the supermarket and avoid the inner aisles. The outside is where the fresh and chilled produce is.
