This was an approximately 9 inch plate:
Baked Salmon
Garlic Mushrooms
Cooked Cut Corn
Cooked Carrots
Brussel Spouts
Dinner Rolls (2) (me being very self-indulgent)
Carrot/Pineapple/Raisin Slaw
I really enjoyed the meal! I love the carrot slaw and finished the meal with that. Did not go back for anything, and envied nothing!
