Forgot I had to eat dinner?

Post by gettheweightoff » Mon Feb 07, 2011 12:46 am

Soooooooo weird but I actually forgot to eat dinner and had to remind myself. Now I did eat lunch much later than usual but my whole life I have thought about food what feels like every minute, and to forget about a whole meal is a very, very, very strange concept to me.

Is this normal on no-s to stop obsessing over food?

I think you learn quickly that you can go six hours without food and not starve. Once you realize that, what's eight hours? Or nine? You still won't starve.
