			Woo hoo! I started in Feb. and after a few false starts and stops have seen a drop of ten pounds!
One of the things I found out about myself is that I can't be trusted with a regular size dinner plate so I have opted to use the smaller salad size instead. I have also been learning what a real "portion" size is. Wow, was I eating way too much.
