Hi Everyone!
I did no s quite some time ago and then got swept back into the whole mini meal belief. well, since getting back into the mini meals i've noticed that i'm binging more and i'm always hungry and thinking about food. I'm so sick of food having a control on me. With mini meals i'm bringing food everywhere and thats all i think about so it takes away from lifes enjoyment. I end up eating more cals when I do mini meals and i'm just sick of doing it. All I keep reading in fitness mags is how I have to eat multiple times per day to stabilize blood sugar. Well i feel like eating mini meals makes my blood sugar worse! So i'm back. Actually I just binged so I feel like s*** but whats done is done. Now I just have to move forward.

welcome back! I've never done the mini-meals, all my snacking was unplanned, but I do prefer zero snacking to grazing. Hope you feel better soon!

It seems silly that humans would evolve to where we had to eat constantly in order to regulate our blood sugar. No S has taught me to take information in fitness magazines, web sites, etc. with a large grain of salt.
Welcome back, kariev34!
