Does anyone else here deal with NES? It is essentially marked by eating most of your calories in the evening...usually in a grazing pattern after dinner and for most (me at least) waking up in a semi-conscious state to eat any high calorie foods in the house. That could mean peanut butter or ice cream (even my roommates!) or if I don't have that stuff in the house...bread and butter.
I have been struggling with it for at least 15 years, since I was an obese adolescent. I lost a ton of weight with a very restrictive diet and my assumption is that the rigidness of my diet was the main contributor.
I'm going to seek professional help but I was wondering if anyone else has overcome it.
Thanks.

I don't have any experience with NES. I hope you're able to find an experienced professional to help you. Best wishes to you.

Wow. I know my pattern used to be to eat most of my calories from late afternoon on, but I always knew I was doing it.
Whatever the cause, I hope you find some help. Are you attempting to use No S while you work on it?
